QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
How do I know when the filter cartridge is 100% sealed and in place?
The new Smoke Trap 2.0 makes it very easy to know when the filter cartridge is in place.
All you have to do is slide the replacement filter inside the Smoke Trap body and then put the end cap on.

What does the shipping packaging look like? Does it say the product name on it?
The shipping is in discreet packaging

Does that come with a filter too or do I have to buy a filter with it?
It comes with a filter inside all ready to go. I do recommend getting an additional replacement filter as well so you can save on shipping cost ($4). Most people end up getting another replacement anyways so this way you save a few bucks :)

How often do you have to replace filters?
Hi there,
It depends how often you smoke. We have found that you can get around 300 puffs or exhales with our new Smoke Trap 2.0 filter.
You will know when the filter needs to be replaced when it is very difficult to exhale through. It’ll feel clogged.
One tip we have to lengthen the life of the filter is to cycle two replacement filters at a time. Moisture build up can cause HEPA's to feel clogged so using one replacement filter for one sesh, and then use a different replacement filter for a separate sesh, will allow one replacement filter to be drying out while the other is being used.
